This approach allows us to work with management teams to develop and execute strategic plans that create sustained value. Our partners understand that our commitment, once made, is steadfast.  Our operators manage their companies with confidence, free from the worry of subsequent ownership changes or shifting short-term goals.


RESPECT FOR MANAGEMENT

When parties share a vision, contribute unique resources, and cooperate efficiently, partnership can be a powerful and profitable vehicle. The ability to work closely with management teams is a critical component in WJ Partners’ evaluation process. We respect the expertise of executive teams who share our commitment to growth, and encourage their participation in meaningful equity (both stock option programs and roll-over equity) and incentive-based compensation programs. 


STRATEGIC SUPPORT

WJ Partners does not seek to assume operational control of its investments. Rather, we work with existing management teams to:

  • Determine fundamental business strategy.
  • Identify and recruit key players to enhance the team.
  • Oversee financing with lenders.
  • Identify and execute add-on acquisitions.
